British Army Ferret Mk. 2 Registration Number 34 BA 28. The Sergeant was
identified as being in the 1st King's Dragoon Guards, although the vehicle
markings are for a Gurkha unit (crossed Kuris on Port front fender).

British Army Record Card on Ferret ___. These are held by the Library at
the museum at Bovington in England and owners of vehicles (and others) can
order copies of these record cards if they know the British Army's
registration number. This vehicle is owned by an American collector.

Ex-Dartmouth, NS Ex-BRITISH Ferret number 02
DA 87 Manufactured 1961 as a Mk 2/3. Its in perfect shape, all
complete and a very good runner, Starts every time and drives like it
should! ... This one has approx 2300 miles on the clock, as best as I can
tell it was in West Berlin for most of its life, at least that's where it
last served. Last overhaul by a REME depot was in 1981 in West Berlin. |
